$40 per night

In Nashville, I charge $150 a night, but for a house sit within two-ish miles of the Carpenter Hotel, for one week to two months, I will happily charge $40 per night for up to two dogs. Perhaps less for a really pleasant accommodation. I can water plants or whatever other house sitting duties you may require. Let me know what you need and we can see if it’s a good fit!

I will be on foot and am hoping to be able to walk to Barton creek and downtown. I can do horse stuff, but if the accommodation is outside town, I will charge my usual rates or more.
